
Feta Frittata is fun to say and easy to make.
+ beat an egg
+ add feta
+ add wilted spinach
+ add chopped onion if you wish
+ do not add mushrooms {gross}
+ add toasted whole wheat bread pieces
+ pour into mini baking dish {heart-shaped preferred}
+ salt and pepper to taste
+ bake for a bit
+ eat

ReplyDeleteHah, keep the mushrooms away from me too! Frittatas are the best, especially with feta or goat cheese.
ReplyDeleteI'm a big feta lover too. I do like mushrooms, although not in a dish like this. They tend to let out a lot of water. Love the bowl - cute!
